This wax covered table topper is an elegant touch to the centre of any table with a sublime selection of tasters. To suit your colour scheme the Green Thunder can be substituted for red, orange or black wax cheeses of 200g. Each topper comes with a mirrored plate.

Shepherds Purse Olde York - A fresh, soft, pasteurised ewes milk cheese coated in wax.

Swaledale Cows Milk - Hard pressed yet moist and crumbly cows milk cheese which is a handmade, farmhouse type. Made using locally sourced milk and vegetarian rennet. A crumbly moist texture with a tang similar to a Wensleydale. Yellow colour with a crumbly centre and is available is a natural coloured wax coating.

Green Thunder - Its perfectly balanced flavour allows the mature Cheddar, garlic & herbs to complement without taking over. Green Thunder represents a real achievement in cheese-making that any cheese lover will appreciate – striking the perfect balance of complementary but powerful flavours.
