Personal Details - It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all details provided regarding payment, order and delivery are correct, complete in all respects, and up to date.

Please inform us immediately of any changes to these details (Including change of e-mail or event address). We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we do cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

Celebration Cheeses adheres to the Data Protection Act and will not share any personal details with 3rd parties. 

Substitution Policy - Celebration Cheeses reserves the right to substitute an item with another item of equal or greater value than the original. Substitutions within pre-built hampers and gift boxes will remain in keeping with the theme.

Variations - We have made every effort to display the appearance of our products on the website and at live events as accurately as possible. This includes, but is not limited to, colours, dimensions, specifications, descriptions and packaging. We may from time to time alter the product specifications of items displayed on our website without prior notice.

We reserve the right at any time to make changes to this website, our Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Statement and such other policies as we may notify you of.  You will be subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions in force at the time you use the website or order items from the website. 

Order & Delivery of Celebration Cakes - At the point of confirmation we will require your choice of either a 50% deposit or payment in full to secure your product and event date. Where a deposit is paid, the remainder of the balance is due at least 14 days prior to the agreed delivery date.

Celebration Cheeses reserves the right to cancel orders due to non or incomplete payment. In the event of a cancelled order due to incomplete payment within the 14 days the deposit becomes non refundable. For cancellations made prior to the 14 days, any part payments made will be refunded.

We will confirm receipt of your order by sending you an invoice via email containing the details of your order. At this point, a contract becomes valid. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to check that all information listed in the confirmation e-mail is correct. If anything becomes inaccurate, such as a change in venue or product content please notify us immediately. We will not be able to reimburse the value of any goods which have perished or have been damaged as a result of your failure to notify us of inaccurate information. 

For the 'Deliver and Build' service - Wherever possible your item will be delivered on the day of your event. Your item will arrive chilled and will be wrapped in original packaging to protect it until it is ready to be presented.

For shipping - Your cheese cake will arrive the day before your event. The shipping packaging consists of a cardboard outer, an insulating polystyrene inner with ice blocks to keep your item fresh, full instructions on how to erect the product, hygiene gloves and the agreed decorations. Also included will be a fine mist spray bottle recommended to keep the product moist in situations of long presentation durations.

For both methods of receipt it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that chill facilities are available at the delivery address overnight. It is recommended that the item is removed from the chilled environment and placed at room temperature approximately 1 hour prior to presentation/consumption.

Consumption - Where Celebration Cheeses are contracted to provide catering services at a live event, cheeses and other fresh food can typically sit out at room temperature for up to 4hrs according to the food safety specialists at Clemson University's Cooperative Extension. Once delivery has taken place, it is the clients responsibility to monitor this duration. Celebration Cheeses cannot be held liable for illness incurred as a result of consumption after the advised duration.
