Apricot Wensleydale & Lemon Crumble Wensleydale - A rich fruity and tangy apricot flavour, a great colourful addition......sat with a rich lemon crumble with added lemon peel. A perfect sweet cheese to accompany a dessert or crackers and perfect for people with a sweet tooth.
Hawes Wensleydale Blue 16 - An eye catching russet coloured cheese full of character, the creamy velvety texture leads you through to sweet caramel notes and a nutty savoury flavour.
Smoked Coverdale - Also produced at Hawes Dairy, it is a naturally smoked cheese using unpasteurised cows milk.
