The largest in the collection so far, Louisa is a brightly coloured head turner and consists of:-

Wookey Hole Cheddar - Maturing cheese in caves dates back hundreds of years. The all year-round temperature and humidity in the caves at Wookey Hole, Dorset creates a cheddar that's deliciously rich, tangy and mature with distinctive earthy and nutty flavours from the atmosphere. 

Gorwydd - Fresh, lemony, earthy, creamy, unpasteurised and handmade in Weston Super mare.

Baron Bigod -  A creamy, white bloomy-rind cheese handmade with a smooth silky texture and a golden curd. With long lasting warm earth, farmyard and mushroom flavours, this cheese was named after Baron Bigod, the Earl of Norfolk in the 12th century.

Colsten Bassett - The wrinkly rind is slightly sticky, orange-brown in colour, speckled with patches of white mould. Flavour-wise, Colsten Bassett Stilton is earthy and lactic, balanced by the richness of blue mould and butter. When young, it tends to be slightly tangy, but this will disappear as the cheese matures.

Abbotts Gold -  From the Hawes Dairy, traditional Fountains Gold cheddar combined with caramelised onions.

Cranberry Wensleydale -  Creamy, crumbly & full of flavour Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese, carefully combined with the delicate fruity succulence of pure, sweet cranberries. An original creation from The Wensleydale Creamery.

Godminster Organic Cheddar -  Strong flavoured wax cheddar made from pasteurised organic cows milk. One of the best!

Cornish Garlic Yarg -  Coated in edible garlic leaves, and handmade on the Duchy of Cornwall's estate, this semi hard cheese is matured for at least six weeks. 

Snowdonia Amber Mist - Whiskey laced mature welsh cheddar.
