With a massive 15.7kg in cheese, Catriona is the queen of the collection. Perfect for large weddings and parties, she contains a broad selection of cheeses to satisfy any pallet.

Wookey Hole Cheddar - Maturing cheese in caves dates back hundreds of years. The all year-round temperature and humidity in the caves at Wookey Hole, Dorset creates a cheddar that's deliciously rich, tangy and mature with distinctive earthy and nutty flavours from the atmosphere. 

 - Fresh, lemony, earthy, creamy, unpasteurised and handmade in Weston Super mare.

Windsor Red - A semi-hard, creamy, pasteurised cheddar cheese laced with port and brandy. Its pink and white colour creates an eye-catching appeal, is full of flavour and is great to nibble on.

Swaledale Goats Milk - Mild and smooth with a slight tang that compliments its soft moist open texture.

King Richard III - A Pre-war Wensleydale recipe, it's the only cheese of its type in the world. It's moist and creamy, with a honeyed flavour and lower acidity than modern, mass-produced Wensleydale cheeses.

Cornish Nettle Yarg - Handmade on the Duchy of Corwall's estate, a semi hard cheese coated in edible nettle leaves. Matured for ay least 6 weeks until the leaves turn white.

Black Bomber - Creamy & smooth extra mature Cheddar loved for its depth of flavour.
